Took the much vaunted customer service 1 whole week to reply to an email and yes that's to the sales@ebcdirect email ! On top of that charging 77 POUNDS for shipping to Asia ! And that's just for shipping 2 sets of brake PADS not even rotors and etc etc ... Well if that's the quoted shipping rates I do think its time to look for another shipper. Basically you're tell us that EBC can't even be bothered to ask around for more REALISTIC shipping rates. The Disc was out of stock, but when it was available again the shipping wasfast. An actual picture of the article would be helpful because i ordered the same disc 2 years ago (from anEBC shop in Germany ) an this one (the old one ) had a extra hole for the speedometer magneto.

I struggled a little to get the product I wanted because it was out of stock for more than half a year (USR discs), but when they came back in stock everything went fine. Order arrived fast to my country Romania, and had to pay local taxes and VAT but amount was decent. I've been using EBC products for the past 7 years and all good... I can even say they are above OEM in quality and durability. Thanks EBC and keep up the good work!

Thats the second time I ordered EBC pads, the last time I ordered Yellowstuff + the best rotors - were working great! For know I decided to try Redstuff, will see, but I am sure about the EBC quality. Take and you will not regret!!

Have used EBC pads before, HH sintered on motorcycles and redstuff or ultimax cars, have found them to be as good as any other brand out there, with the benefit of being British made with a quick delivery service at a very competetive price. Will definately use again

Found the Brake discs for my car and used a discount code from internet. Took me a while to find out how to put code in but in the end it worked ok. Free postage and looking forward to receiving parts. Have used EBC brakes many times great service and will use them again.

Great service again . Arrived within3 days easy to fit just 2 bolts and 2 screws changed disc and pads on peugeot208.3rd time I've bought from EBC 2x 208s and an Audi A6. Always fits no alteration.
