Took the much vaunted customer service 1 whole week to reply to an email and yes that's to the sales@ebcdirect email ! On top of that charging 77 POUNDS for shipping to Asia ! And that's just for shipping 2 sets of brake PADS not even rotors and etc etc ... Well if that's the quoted shipping rates I do think its time to look for another shipper. Basically you're tell us that EBC can't even be bothered to ask around for more REALISTIC shipping rates. Ran into a little trouble due to an issue with the online parts selector and ordered wrong pads as a result. While reluctant at first to accept responsibility for the error, EBC-BD, after a little persuasion, refunded the returns fee and promptly corrected the issue with the web site. So, all in all, a satisfactory outcome.

Parcel arrived a day before it was due by UPS (they must have got rid of the brakes). Everything was in perfect order, the packaging and protection was excellent and the product is superb. Thank you.

EBC's discs and pads are top quality, well manufactured and were the only brand I considered when looking to upgrade the brakes on my car. The website is great and takes a lot of the hard work out of trying to identify which discs and pads you need! Their stock seems to move quickly which can lead to items listed as in stock on their site being out of stock, I had this issue but it was quickly sorted by EBC's very helpful sales team with the available part of my order being dispatched and the out of stock part being quickly refunded.

Delivery was a little slow due to a mix-up, but outside of that, the pads (yellowstuff) are great, and the customer service was superb - went out of their way to get in touch, apologise for the mix up, and come to a decent conclusion.

Ive had EBC on My past 3 cars.. My mk2 Audi TT, MK5 R32 and now Audi S5.. Like the saying goes, if its broken dont fix it.. Ive had Yellow stuff pads and they are perfect for my driving style
