Very fast dispatch and shipping

Very fast dispatch and shipping, would rate that 100%. One of the parts was incorrect, and I emailed EBC Direct regarding it. Passed me onto one of EBC's techs and we established the correct parts and he passed me back to EBC Direct who emailed stating they were looking after the issue...and I heard no more in spite of emailing them again regarding it. Issue still unresolved 6 weeks later. Update:EBC reads these reviews! Once they saw this review they sorted the matter promptly and efficiently. Thank you EBC for getting things sorted for me.

Good Recovery

Ran into a little trouble due to an issue with the online parts selector and ordered wrong pads as a result. While reluctant at first to accept responsibility for the error, EBC-BD, after a little persuasion, refunded the returns fee and promptly corrected the issue with the web site. So, all in all, a satisfactory outcome.

All good but the shipment fees

All good - a bit disappointed with shipping fees though - most of the UK companies have free shipping to NI (which is in UK) - I had to pay £14 for the shipment which is a bit expensive...

EBC brakes

Customer service to speak to a representative on the phone who knew about the car and the best set of pads to replace the original equipment. Great for me. The pads were installed and do as stated.

Very pleased with my new BMW K1100LT…

Very pleased with my new BMW K1100LT EBC brake discs & pads, front and back. The discs and pads look like very good quality and were easy to fit. The discs came with replacement ABS ring bolts which was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly the brakes work very well now, much improved over the standard items. Delivery was fast. Thanks EBC.

Brilliant delivery and pricing..

Brilliant delivery and pricing... The only issue is that I never recieved a confirmation email. I called your team and was told that I wouldn't always get one which I find bizzare as every single online order always sends an email confirmation so I feel I was misinformed.Brakes are bedding in well and hopefully will be able to take them for a real test soon.

Great brakes

Always an excellent service, redstuff brake pads are brilliant,alot less dust than other makes so good for the environment,excellent braking, been usingredstuff pads for quite a few years.

happy buyer...so far so good!?

happy buyer...ease of ordering and quick turnaround to delivery. items delivered to home though not aware they’d been left at the front door until a friend called round and informed me what was on my doorstep. apart from that slight niggle im very happy with the experience. the discs/pads have been fitted but with only 200+ miles on them im still running them in, but so far they seem excellent quality and value for money! certainly recommended at the moment!!
