Excellent service, wasnt sure of the correct brake set to order, but Tim Bullard, EBC's Technical Director got back to me straight away with the details. Ordered front disc kit on 1st of Feb and it was delivered from the UK to me here in Switzerland on 5th Feb. You would be mad to order brake components from anywhere else!

Ive used EBC brake pads and discs for a good while now and have always found them much better that the standard car ones.

Very good brakes, take a little while to bed in but after 1000 miles there spot on.

Have upgraded all my cars with EBC pads & discs for years now. I have found them to be a significant improvement compared to original equipment. Costs are very reasonable when you consider safety & performance. Ordered my latest set of discs on Fri the 15th of Jan & they arrived on Tues the 19th of Jan. Great service from EBC direct when you consider their was a weekend between those dates, plus all the problems associated with the pandemic. Will definitely use in the future.

Took the much vaunted customer service 1 whole week to reply to an email and yes that's to the sales@ebcdirect email ! On top of that charging 77 POUNDS for shipping to Asia ! And that's just for shipping 2 sets of brake PADS not even rotors and etc etc ... Well if that's the quoted shipping rates I do think its time to look for another shipper. Basically you're tell us that EBC can't even be bothered to ask around for more REALISTIC shipping rates. I needed replacement front brake pads for my Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX motorcycle at short notice. A quick visit to the EBC Direct website and I found the required parts. I placed an online order using my credit card after reading the recent, somewhat mixed, reviews. I had no need whatsoever to worry as the correct pads were delivered by UPS to my home address in Sheffield the following morning at 9.15am. This was well ahead of the promised delivery time and I was able to track their progress via the UPS website. They've now been fitted and all, so far, is good.

The parts do not fit my customers vehicle! A Mk4 Golf GTI. I have tried to get in contact with them to no avail. This has been going on since the 18th of August and I haven't even received a response to my email. Update:I have been called and the problem is undergoing investigation, very friendly and personable service.
