I've been using EBC products for along time now, and i've been delighted with their products, but recently I had a query about a product that I bought for my Audi TT RS, it was handled by Joshua at EBC To be honest I was blown away by their fantastic after-sales & public relations, and top-top service, This is a company who really care about making their clients happy, a true rarity these days.

Ordered brake rotors and pads from EBC after having verified the fitment with there technical team , typed out the order with discount code and paid for them as they were in stock , they arrived the next day , excellent service and the components ordered were first class quality and precision engineered , well pleased , would highly recommend this company .

Fast delivery. The ordering system in EBC direct is time consuming. Data from the account doesn't seem to find it's way to the order form. Funny that 4 stars seems to mean 'great - decent treatment and very little friction', while i bought EBC expecting a lot friction ! :-D

I have been using EBC brake components for years and have never had an issue quality.They build an outstanding product.Today I had the pleasure of finding out how their customer service is.I had a set of brand new performance rotors that I installed but something was not right when driving.It turns out the rotors were severely warped with less than 14 miles on them.I checked the install, even paid a reputable brake shop to double check and the install looked good.I had to contact EBC and this is where things got great. They answer their phone!Not a robot or messaging service but a real, live person.I spoke (leaving name of person off for confidentiality) to a customer service rep.She took down all the information and asked me to send her an email with the receipt of purchase and a brief description of the issue.I figured this was a great start to what will probably be a little bit of a process.I received an email back a few hours later with a tracking number for brand new rotors, plus pads!They apologized for the issue and instead of asking me to ship parts back, etc. they just sent out new parts free of charge!The customer service surpasses the outstanding quality of their products.I was already a loyal EBC customer, but this experience only reassures me of just how amazing this company is.Please check them out, they are the real deal.Awesome products and customer service is the real deal.

Had a few order mix-ups to begin with; they were ultimately my fault, but I feel that clearer\more idiot proof descriptions of parts — my car has rear drum and rear disk versions — would not go amiss.That being said, the phone staff were extremely helpful and the issue was rectified very quickly. The 2nd delivery took just 1.5 days to arrive, and the the quality of the parts are tip top.The only downside is that I've realised how much better these breaks are, which means I don't ever want to return to factory parts again!All in all 4.5/5 – would definitely recommend EBC Brakes.

Very good customer service called me to say the option I had selected wasn’t available but they had another option as I was in a rush that was a big help and they came the next day as well! Plus the products are great no complaints at all thank you ebc uk
