I contacted EBC's technical dept to get some advice regarding the correct front pad type for my vehicle and received a reply first thing the following morning. I ordered the part that day and it was delivered in under 48 hours. Excellent service all round! Very happy.

Took the much vaunted customer service 1 whole week to reply to an email and yes that's to the sales@ebcdirect email ! On top of that charging 77 POUNDS for shipping to Asia ! And that's just for shipping 2 sets of brake PADS not even rotors and etc etc ... Well if that's the quoted shipping rates I do think its time to look for another shipper. Basically you're tell us that EBC can't even be bothered to ask around for more REALISTIC shipping rates. Vee discs gsxr1000r Spoke to Phil needed discs. Delivery came next day. Unreal service on phone assured me every step of the way. 1 year gaurentee or 10000 miles. Great help from technicians too on how to bed them in. Could of went with brembo but why when I can deal with a UK company and I can speak to someone on the end of the phone . As for the discs wow theylook great work great and I also use fast road pads . So thank you ebc and Phil and pls keep up the customer service 🙏
