Initial mix-up, but overall extremely satisfied

Had a few order mix-ups to begin with; they were ultimately my fault, but I feel that clearer\more idiot proof descriptions of parts — my car has rear drum and rear disk versions — would not go amiss.That being said, the phone staff were extremely helpful and the issue was rectified very quickly. The 2nd delivery took just 1.5 days to arrive, and the the quality of the parts are tip top.The only downside is that I've realised how much better these breaks are, which means I don't ever want to return to factory parts again!All in all 4.5/5 – would definitely recommend EBC Brakes.

didn't get an order confirmation…

didn't get an order confirmation straight away so wasn't sure the order had been placed - but otherwise all good ... brake pads are great & fitted no problem

Great resource for brakes, even for standard cars

Easy to navigate website, great customer service and speedy delivery. Got front and rear discs and pads for my 2015 Civic (FK3), came with a black non corrosive protective coating on the discs too.

I recently bought a full set of BSD…

I recently bought a full set of BSD discs and Blue stuff pads for my 2018 VW Golf R Estate. They look great and the pad feel is very good. I have only covered a few hundred miles so far, so I am still bedding them in.They are very quite and the feel is much improved over the old stock set up which had covered 45k miles. I'm looking forward to seeing how they are once I do the next step of the bedding now I've put some miles on them but so far, so good!

Oversize Disc for Husqvarna TE 630

The Disc was out of stock, but when it was available again the shipping wasfast. An actual picture of the article would be helpful because i ordered the same disc 2 years ago (from anEBC shop in Germany ) an this one (the old one ) had a extra hole for the speedometer magneto.

Slow delivery, but excellent customer service

Delivery was a little slow due to a mix-up, but outside of that, the pads (yellowstuff) are great, and the customer service was superb - went out of their way to get in touch, apologise for the mix up, and come to a decent conclusion.

getting the correct information

very difficult to find the correct front disc pads for a Wilwood 4 pot caliper fitted to a 1970 TR6 some years ago , EBC tech department found the correct pads after l had given them the size and shape ,very good service

Excellent service

I contacted EBC's technical dept to get some advice regarding the correct front pad type for my vehicle and received a reply first thing the following morning. I ordered the part that day and it was delivered in under 48 hours. Excellent service all round! Very happy.
