Great Product

Having been dissapointed at the OEM brakes on my 2013 Volvo V40, EBC were one of the only performance brake company that manufactures suitable parts. The discs and pads were easy to fit and performance is excellent. Their customer service and ordering process was excellent, the only reason I did not award all five stars was the lack of a VRN lookup facility as the navigation to my vehicle was quite confusing.

I ordered from overseas and asked for…

I ordered from overseas and asked for the VAT to be taken off.This could not be done on the website so I had to place the order anyway.Afterwards I called to have the invoice amended and was told it would be done and a final price given once the freight cost was known.In the end I paid the full amount that apparently included just the right amount of freight, strange that.Anyway the product and support is excellent but the purchase needed to be more transparent.

brake pads are first class ,delivery good but cost of delivery to Northern Irelandextortionate at £12 for such a light parcel same as delivery to Italy ,PolandETC and we are part of the united kingdom!!

We are sorry to inform you that UPS has made a complete mess of the order They have yet not delivered and they are being extremely uncooperative in handling the clearance/delivery The delays were caused by errors at their end and they are trying to pass it off as delays beyond their controlThese brakes were ordered by us for a client who wanted to use his vehicle for an event on the track; they will be of no use to us if UPS does not deliver them by noon tomorrow (Indian Standard Time)-I will request you to impose upon UPS from your end and ensure that the needful is done Or else these are of no use to us-the client will surely not pay us for the brakesRequesting you to try from your side as we have been at our wit’s end in trying to deal with the local UPS team here
