Having been dissapointed at the OEM brakes on my 2013 Volvo V40, EBC were one of the only performance brake company that manufactures suitable parts. The discs and pads were easy to fit and performance is excellent. Their customer service and ordering process was excellent, the only reason I did not award all five stars was the lack of a VRN lookup facility as the navigation to my vehicle was quite confusing.

I contacted EBC's technical dept to get some advice regarding the correct front pad type for my vehicle and received a reply first thing the following morning. I ordered the part that day and it was delivered in under 48 hours. Excellent service all round! Very happy.

Always an excellent service, redstuff brake pads are brilliant,alot less dust than other makes so good for the environment,excellent braking, been usingredstuff pads for quite a few years.

Been buying EBC pads, discs and sensors for a few years now and I have to say great products .. had yellow stuff, red stuff, slotted discs and yeah .. awesome … improved stopping, less brake fail / fatigue under heavy use over the standard OEM supplied gear, less dust and of course they look the nuts. I drive mapped Jags and have swapped out the standard brakes across a few now to ensure that the performance upgrades aren’t just engine related … we need to stop too, and that extra performance requires extra stopping power … and EBC products provide you with that confidence. Let’s face it, nothing worse than poor brake performance and fatigue when you’ve got a heavy right foot …. So if you’re like me and want to play safe and not end up looking like a fly splat on your windscreen, speak to the guys at EBC. Top notch.

very difficult to find the correct front disc pads for a Wilwood 4 pot caliper fitted to a 1970 TR6 some years ago , EBC tech department found the correct pads after l had given them the size and shape ,very good service

The Brakes I ordered arrived promptly were well packaged and were exactly as described. Unfortunately my car did not have the standard size discs fitted, so the discs did not fit, as I had bought a kit and my garage used the pads, I could not return the discs. This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions, so I accept this.However, I sent an email enquiring if there was any way I could exchange them, even if this meant buying a new set, the right size for my car and not having the pads. I would accept a response saying this would not be possible. However I have had no response to my email at all, 2 weeks later.So great service and excellent quality product, but terrible after sales service!

No stock at time, used their 'tell me' when in stock page. They came back a few weeks later emailing kit available Bought brakes required. Arrived 2 days later. Job Done

EBC's discs and pads are top quality, well manufactured and were the only brand I considered when looking to upgrade the brakes on my car. The website is great and takes a lot of the hard work out of trying to identify which discs and pads you need! Their stock seems to move quickly which can lead to items listed as in stock on their site being out of stock, I had this issue but it was quickly sorted by EBC's very helpful sales team with the available part of my order being dispatched and the out of stock part being quickly refunded.

Ive had EBC on My past 3 cars.. My mk2 Audi TT, MK5 R32 and now Audi S5.. Like the saying goes, if its broken dont fix it.. Ive had Yellow stuff pads and they are perfect for my driving style
