Excellent service and excellent brakes!EBC Yellow stuff pads and grooved discs have greatly improved the breaking performance of my 2017 JCW Mini Clubman.Items were dispatched the same day as the order and received promptly the next day.

Good Recovery

Ran into a little trouble due to an issue with the online parts selector and ordered wrong pads as a result. While reluctant at first to accept responsibility for the error, EBC-BD, after a little persuasion, refunded the returns fee and promptly corrected the issue with the web site. So, all in all, a satisfactory outcome.

Top quality advice, products and service!

Excellent service, wasnt sure of the correct brake set to order, but Tim Bullard, EBC's Technical Director got back to me straight away with the details. Ordered front disc kit on 1st of Feb and it was delivered from the UK to me here in Switzerland on 5th Feb. You would be mad to order brake components from anywhere else!

To whom it may concern Having being advised that my vibrations under braking was due to my discs, I fitted my new set of discs and pads to my Toyota Landcruiser. Following the bedding in instructions that came with the pads, I have now driven nearly 3 months on the new set I can now say with confidence that the Landcruiserhas never had such straight line backing ie she never pulls one side or the other , with or without a trailer or horse box on…..Thanks everyone at EBC..!! My next replacement brakes will be EBC brakes the on question is.. car or motorbike first? Hummm Thanks Jem. W.

Initial mix-up, but overall extremely satisfied

Had a few order mix-ups to begin with; they were ultimately my fault, but I feel that clearer\more idiot proof descriptions of parts — my car has rear drum and rear disk versions — would not go amiss.That being said, the phone staff were extremely helpful and the issue was rectified very quickly. The 2nd delivery took just 1.5 days to arrive, and the the quality of the parts are tip top.The only downside is that I've realised how much better these breaks are, which means I don't ever want to return to factory parts again!All in all 4.5/5 – would definitely recommend EBC Brakes.
