Have used EBC pads before, HH sintered on motorcycles and redstuff or ultimax cars, have found them to be as good as any other brand out there, with the benefit of being British made with a quick delivery service at a very competetive price. Will definately use again

Easy to navigate website, great customer service and speedy delivery. Got front and rear discs and pads for my 2015 Civic (FK3), came with a black non corrosive protective coating on the discs too.

Makes a change to receive aftermarket parts that have that extra bit of effort and good supporting instructions/advice.For Spitfire rebuild been getting so many Chinese/Indian made rubbish replacement parts that often are so poor I don't use them. These look quality built pads, with brake-in liner surfaces, anti-squeal pads and fitted fine, no issues at all. A company that seems to want to supply proper replacements, not just something at a cheapest cost.Thank you EBC.

Took the much vaunted customer service 1 whole week to reply to an email and yes that's to the sales@ebcdirect email ! On top of that charging 77 POUNDS for shipping to Asia ! And that's just for shipping 2 sets of brake PADS not even rotors and etc etc ... Well if that's the quoted shipping rates I do think its time to look for another shipper. Basically you're tell us that EBC can't even be bothered to ask around for more REALISTIC shipping rates. Although there appears to be no uprated discs for my vehicle which I found strange as it's an Audi A8L from 2015 and although not a common car certainly something people buy and upgrade.however I bought EBC's Yellow stuff race fast road pads due to having the limited removed and now being able to do 170.4 mph (GPS Confirmed) and whilst weighing in at 1990 kg's and often having full occupancy I know the importance of stopping the weight and momentum quickly hence why I choose to add race pads to a tuned limousine.I've had them fitted and it's only my second day, a small amount of brake squeal but it's within the first 100 miles so hoping that this is the bedding in period.However the company's dealing of me and my sale was very good, they use what is called EBC direct if you are the end user, as clearly this company does a lot of distribution work with main brokers/dealers/motorsport traders, so if you are looking like me to buy them and have your mechanic fit them then always ask for EBC Direct.I have rated them 4 stars and that is due to the delivery, a bit confusing as the use DHL and the email that came through claims it would be with me, lets call it the 10th and when I ring them on the morning of the 11th they tell me that they only got collected yesterday which according to the email was the date for delivery not collection.I spent a day working from home instead of as on the road as I'm a Transporter as I assumed I was waiting for a delivery from EBC which never came.It's my only complaint though as the Website information was exceptional, the products albeit £242:00 for two sets of brake pads for a car seems expensive they are doing a big job under high demand.I would certainly buy from again.Regards,Mark 2015 Audi A8L Quattro Sport (Limousine spec)

Found the Brake discs for my car and used a discount code from internet. Took me a while to find out how to put code in but in the end it worked ok. Free postage and looking forward to receiving parts. Have used EBC brakes many times great service and will use them again.

Been buying EBC pads, discs and sensors for a few years now and I have to say great products .. had yellow stuff, red stuff, slotted discs and yeah .. awesome … improved stopping, less brake fail / fatigue under heavy use over the standard OEM supplied gear, less dust and of course they look the nuts. I drive mapped Jags and have swapped out the standard brakes across a few now to ensure that the performance upgrades aren’t just engine related … we need to stop too, and that extra performance requires extra stopping power … and EBC products provide you with that confidence. Let’s face it, nothing worse than poor brake performance and fatigue when you’ve got a heavy right foot …. So if you’re like me and want to play safe and not end up looking like a fly splat on your windscreen, speak to the guys at EBC. Top notch.

I needed replacement front brake pads for my Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX motorcycle at short notice. A quick visit to the EBC Direct website and I found the required parts. I placed an online order using my credit card after reading the recent, somewhat mixed, reviews. I had no need whatsoever to worry as the correct pads were delivered by UPS to my home address in Sheffield the following morning at 9.15am. This was well ahead of the promised delivery time and I was able to track their progress via the UPS website. They've now been fitted and all, so far, is good.
