Thank You Brandy!

After ordering EBC brakes from buybrakes, they could not help “assist” me with doing a return & instead sent me EBC brakes phone number to contact myself. After speaking with Brandy & her even telling me buybrakes was the ones who needed to transfer over return info for them to process, she took the time & sorted everything out for me in a timely manner. Fast delivery. The ordering system in EBC direct is time consuming. Data from the account doesn't seem to find it's way to the order form. Funny that 4 stars seems to mean 'great - decent treatment and very little friction', while i bought EBC expecting a lot friction ! :-D

I’ve had brake discs and padsfrom EBC…

I’ve had brake discs and padsfrom EBC before,very quick delivery, great service, I got rear discs and pads before for my focus ST and couldn’t fault them, just had the front done today so hopefully they’re as good as the rear ones

So far so good

Initial bite is not as good as brembo originals however pedal modulation and ultimate feel and stopping power are better. Downside is there is a bit more brake dust. Longevity I cannot say about yet as I have only done 1.5k miles.

I have been charged extra for the delivery of parts due to delivery location even though I have specified specified the location in my order form and it had a category of S&H already calculated in the invoice. Other than that, great, very professional, quick and responsive.REPLY to EDC Brakes:I was aware of the note that accurate costs will be calculated after completing the order. It is not stated that once I have completed the order and paid for it as invoiced, additional calculations might happen and additional money requested. If so, what is stopping you from charging me today some more money for shipping? Or charging several times additional money for the shipping? Your policy needs to be clear and payments should be accepted only when final calculation is done.
